Your Revenue Roadmap System is going to be built from a combination of what we call the Five Essential Pillars. These pillars are: Who? Where? What? How? and When?

This entire process takes about 12 weeks to complete from our first online consultation to design, development, implementation, testing and optimization. We will meet online for about 45 minutes once a week, for 12 weeks. We do this via UberConference. Then, using everything we found after each consultation, our team goes to work to build those pillars.

  4. On our fourth online consultation → we will explore and discover the 2nd pillar (Where online do we find them?)
  5. On our fifth online consultation → we will explore and discover the 3rd pillar (What do we say to them?)
  6. On our sixth online consultation → we will explore and discover the 4th pillar (How do we convert them from mere visitors into paying customers?)
  7. On our sevenths online consultation → we will present you the full Revenue Roadmap System for you to approve.
  8. On our eighth online consultation → we will present you with the final product implemented on your current website for you to approve before launching it.
  9. On our online consultations 9-12 → This is when we start bringing traffic. We will be testing, optimizing, slowly increasing the amount of traffic being sent, while split testing everything every step of the way.

Implementation of your Revenue Roadmap System

 

After your Revenue Roadmap System has been approved by you on our seventh online consultation, we will then implement it on your current website. In the event that we are also re-designing your entire existing website as a separate project, we can implement it on the existing one while the new one is being built, so you can start getting sales.

In some cases when a client’s existing website isn’t getting much traffic, it’s best to wait until the new one gets finished to launch it all at once. But if you’re currently paying for traffic and getting traffic but not enough sales, it’s best to implement it as soon as it’s finished on the 7th week mark to stop the bleeding, so to speak.

During this time, we will also continue to run campaigns to your existing list generating revenue while the rest of your system gets completely implemented.
